Marc was very helpful and eased the car buying process and made me feel more comfortable. He was great and not over bearing at all. I wouldn’t have done this without Marc and Ike!

    Phil Swann, Service Advisor offered great customer service and made my visit really pleasant. There were some extended issues with my Jeep Commander that were unexpected. Phil was very professional and understanding. He reassured me that my vehicle would receive the best service provided. I am happy with the service at BIg O Dodge and feel that they truly care about their customers. Gary (shuttle driver) was fantastic. He transported me to work and again to pick up my vehicle. As a customer it is important to feel welcomed and reassured that the best service is being provided. Big O Dodge automotive department exceeds in great customer service with a smile !
